Mediation
The Muslim Law (Shariah) Council UK offers mediation services for couples and families to help find solutions to their ongoing problems. Our mediators are trained and experienced in mitigating disputes to help all participating parties to reach an agreement, offering practical solutions and guidance based on Islamic teachings.
Procedure:
- Complete the Mediation Services Form available below.
- We can only approve applications when both parties are interested in mediation. Please do not apply if the other party is not interested.
Requirement:
- Completed registration form for mediation.
- We do NOT facilitate mediation sessions if a non-molestation order, restraining order or similar injunctions have been issued against one of the parties.
Fees:
£100 per session
Payment must only be made when an application is approved. Please do NOT make any payments until the application has been approved.
