Special Occasions - Hall Booking Venue

Our halls located on the first and ground floors are available for hire for:

  • Weddings
  • Engagement parties
  • Aqeeqah
  • Meetings
  • and other events

The Council provides chairs and tables, however it is the responsibility of the client to cater for their guests, provide plates, cutleries, décor (tables only) and food. We also facilitate for full segregated or mixed gatherings, a bridal room for brides to prepare for the occasion and for other services such as, caterer, makeup artists and videography/photography.

All clients are expected to pay a deposit which will be refunded to them on the basis they have met any pre-agreed conditions.

Hall 1 – First Floor: 20 guests

Hall 2 – Ground Floor: 50 guests

  • Prayer rooms for men and women
  • Toilets for men and women
  • Kitchen to heat and prepare food
  • Bridal room
  • Two halls for segregated gatherings


Weekdays: Monday to Thursday Evenings 5pm – 9pm

Weekends: Saturday 12am – 6pm


Female only events: £400.00

Men and women events: £600.00

Bridal room – Bonus (FREE)

Deposit: £80 refunded on the basis that pre-agreed conditions are met.

Prices are subject to agreement, additional charges may apply.
